• Contact form: name, email, message, optional session selection and preferred date
• Booking correspondence: billing address when invoicing, payment references
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed — via essential and optional analytics cookies (see cookie policy)
• Workshop sign-in sheet: name and emergency contact when you attend in person

3. How we use data

• Respond to enquiries and confirm bookings
• Deliver sessions and send preparatory materials
• Maintain accounts records and meet legal obligations
• Improve site content when analytics cookies are accepted

4. Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We process data on the basis of contract (bookings), legitimate interests (responding to general enquiries, site security), consent (non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax records).

5. Retention

Enquiry emails: up to 24 months unless a booking follows. Financial records: seven years. Workshop sign-in sheets: 12 months unless an incident requires longer retention. Cookie preferences: until cleared in your browser.

6. Sharing

We use UK/EU hosting for email and invoicing tools under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

7. International transfers

Where processors store data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses approved for UK transfers.

9. Children

Outreach sessions involving under-18s require school or guardian coordination. We collect minimal data and delete sign-in sheets according to the retention schedule above.
