By accessing link-nodecore.click or booking services with Link Node Core Learning Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services described

We provide educational workshops, coaching, consultations, and outreach on Solana NFT collections and on-chain media literacy. Content is informational. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Bookings and fees

Quoted fees are confirmed in writing before payment. Deposits for workshops are non-transferable except as stated in our refund policy. You must provide accurate contact details when booking.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, and site content are owned by Link Node Core Learning Ltd unless credited otherwise. You may use printed materials for personal note-taking. Republication requires written permission.

You retain ownership of notes you create during sessions. We may request anonymised feedback for quality improvement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use our name to imply endorsement of third-party products or token sales.

6. Third-party references

We reference public Solana collections, explorers, and marketplaces for teaching. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation. Third-party sites have their own terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational materials. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You remain responsible for decisions you make about digital assets, purchases, or public statements following our sessions.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Session dates may change; we will offer reasonable notice and alternatives.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
