Refund & cancellation policy

Workshop bookings
A 30% deposit secures your seat. The balance is due seven days before the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- More than 14 days before: full refund of deposits and payments, minus any non-recoverable card fees below £5
- 7–14 days before: deposit transferable to another date within six months; otherwise 50% deposit refund
- Less than 7 days before: deposits non-refundable; balance may transfer once to a future date we offer
One-to-one coaching
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the call. Late cancellations forfeit the session fee unless we can fill the slot.
Curation consultations
Written briefs begin after a 40% deposit. If you cancel before research starts, we refund the deposit minus £30 administration. After delivery of the written summary, fees are non-refundable.
School & community outreach
Visits cancelled by the host with less than five working days' notice forfeit 50% of the agreed fee to cover preparation and travel. We will reschedule once without penalty when notice is longer.
No-shows
Participants who do not attend without prior notice forfeit that seat. Deposits are not refunded for no-shows.
Work already started
If you end a multi-session coaching package early, we refund unused prepaid sessions minus work completed at the standard hourly rate.
Materials purchased on your behalf
Occasionally we print extra workbooks or travel materials at your request. These costs are non-refundable once ordered.
When we cancel
If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking. We are not liable for incidental travel costs except where required by consumer law.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights for UK residents purchasing services online or at a distance.
